Victor Olaoye currently holds the Pierre du Bois Scholarship for the year 2018-2019.
He is from Nigeria where he obtained a Bachelors and Masters degree in African History from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria before joining the Graduate Institute in 2018.
Victor’s research interests intersect many themes including African History, history of health, sports history, history of international foundations and international organizations.
His Ph.D. project looks at the Rockefeller Foundation and Disease control in Nigeria, 1913-1970.
